So not a single story about 'rape' or 'abuse' on the usual BBC propaganda slot for a change today, instead I had Princess Ann (not the Queen) telling me that it's time for people who like to ski as a pastime to make themselves and their Nation proud?
I went skiing with my (younger) brother as a teenager (on the advice and financial assistance of our so called Father), he skied off a cliff (but survived) and I (as a survivor) decided that this dangerous game of sliding on sticks with no way of stopping was not for me! Not only that someone (I wonder who?) put a pin hole in the coolant top hose of my mini and it was only my ingenuity that saved us from the freezing cold of the Cairngorms, luckily snow is not only cold but wet and I just left the cap off the radiator (so it doesn't pressurise) then just kept stuffing snow into the radiator, then at lower level knocking on peoples doors for water until we limped back to civilisation and bought a new top hose. If I had a few quid for every attempt on my life I would be quite rich by now.
