So (Sir) Keir who's only been in office for a couple of days and has been prattling on about 'dealing' with the unelected House of Lords has handed a life peerage to Gordon Brown's stooge home Secretary who was in office while I was being fitted up in 2009 to protect the Battenburgs from their blackmailers. The HOL's is stuffed full of the guilty who must be protected.
