So at Morrison's I bought two packs of sausages. You know £1.50 for one or £2.20 for two packs making most people think they are getting a bargain by buying two packs. I just get irritated that I am being forced to buy two packs at the NORMAL price instead of being ripped off for just one! Anyway I always check these things for tampering, there was no sign, a plastic tray with clingfilm glued underneath and a cardboard sleeve. I was forced to use a manned till instead of self serve and when I got home I noticed that one of the packs of sausages had been opened or if you like the clingfilm was unglued it has to be the checkout woman who did it? So as a precaution that pack went in the bin but today when I had a sausage from the unopened pack it was poisoned, the sore stomach poison that can be neutralised with aspirin but which probably contributes to my irritable bowel syndrome! So why did the girl open the other pack, was she trying to warn me that the sausages were poisoned?
It does of course make my task of lasting until at least Saturday (N.I. Protocol deal) more difficult but not impossible.
