I have been presuming that is just this Supreme court ruling that is the reason behind it but am reading that legislation with regards to tearing up the N. Ireland protocol is going through the Lords next week and according to that old fossil Michael Hesstletine will get defeated, meaning it will be up to the commons normally democratic but at the moment Autocratic powers that I apparently hold to overturn what the also unelected Lords do.
