Hamas is an Ideology born out of decades of mistreatment and oppression by successive Israeli politicians and military campaigns. Hamas can only be defeated by diplomacy, good will and friendly relations (making them irrelevant), not by bombing the crap out of the civilian population. The IDF, may well be able to wipe out most of the current resistance fighters but their is a whole new Generation, just waiting until they're old enough to avenge the needless slaughter of their loved ones. Israel, by what they are doing are acting like a Hamas recruitment sergeant.
