So they went to all the trouble and expense of getting a court warrant and in the end they never even set foot inside my house. No Housing officials, no police with enforcers just the same plumber as last time who said he would cap my (external) gas meter so it can't be used. It is (deliberate) State intimidation of the highest order but hey, they have used their boiler service card and can't ever use it again now that the gas supply is capped and the boiler can not be used. From now on they will need a fucking warrant just to get me to answer the door!
