I have mentioned many times that I have been on the wrong end of my so called Father's Royal blackmail influence for all my adult life but back in 1970 when I was only 9 my so called Father went from a working class dickhead in a council flat to a wealthy (although I was starved) dickhead with his own business and a large owned home almost overnight. My (informed) best guess is that is when he started blackmailing the Royal Family.
I have been reading up on how the Queen effectively sacked the elected prime minister of Australia in 1975. Is this because the Australian (Labour) government found out about the blackmail and could it be the ill fated prime minister (like Diana) just could not live with the Queen's 'secret'? Here's a quote regarding the affair.
"In November 1975, the UK queen’s representative in Australia, Governor-General Sir John Kerr, dismissed the elected Labor prime minister. He replaced Gough Whitlam with the leader of the right-wing Liberal Party, Malcolm Fraser. Documents just released from the National Archives of Australia reveal how closely the monarchy was involved in the discussions leading up to this coup.
It took a four-year campaign by historian Jenny Hocking, and a decision by the Australian High Court, to get the documents released. And their contents are a warning to all who think of the monarchy just as a useful tourist attraction or a national soap opera."
